How to cook "Mulberry Compote"
Prepare filtered or spring water, sugar, mulberry and lemon. Let's get started!
Wash the mulberries thoroughly, sort out the spoiled berries, put the rest in a saucepan, add sugar.
Cut off a couple of lemon wedges, peel off so that there is no bitterness. Add lemon, water and bring compote to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate for several hours.
Serve chilled or with ice cubes. Enjoy!
