If you add pectin, then it can be stored in the pantry, and if you do not use it, but only sugar, then store the finished jam in the refrigerator. You can diversify it by adding other berries. If you want a larger serving, then increase the amount of ingredients.

How to cook "Harvesting blackberry jam for the winter"

Put the berries in a colander (or fine sieve) and rinse under running water, then leave for a while to drain.

Transfer the blackberries to a bowl and crush the berries into the puree with a spoon.

Add berries, sugar and lemon juice to the pan, send the pan over high heat and after boiling, cook for 5 minutes.

Then make the heat medium and cook for another 10-15 minutes, remove the resulting foam.

Sterilize the jars and add the boiling jam, then seal and leave to cool at room temperature. Store ready-made jam in the refrigerator.
