- Rosemary - 2-3 Pieces (twigs)
- Olive Oil - To taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces

How to cook "Lard in gauze"

Rinse the bacon and cut into small pieces.

Stir together both peppers, minced garlic, some oil and salt.

Place cheesecloth on the bottom of the mold. Place a few sprigs of thyme, bay leaves, rosemary and sage on it. Rub the lard with the mixture from the previous step and place on top. And add sprigs of greenery.

Wrap the bacon in cheesecloth. Refrigerate it for 3-4 days.

Then shake off any unabsorbed salt and seasonings. Store lard in foil in the freezer. Enjoy your tasting!
