How to cook "Diet Carrot Cutlets"
1 Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. 2 Whisk the eggs lightly and send them over to the carrots. Stir. 3 Add semolina, salt, spices and pepper to the vegetable mass. 4 Form the carrot patties by tossing them from hand to hand until they knit together tightly. 5 Fry the cutlets in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Then cover the pan with a lid and simmer the patties for another 10 minutes over low heat. 6 Serve the cutlets hot, bon appetit:)
