How to cook "Kebab in kefir"
1 Wash the meat and cut into large, uniform pieces (about 7 x 7 centimeters). 2 Transfer the meat to a saucepan or bowl and pepper, add the bay leaf and stir. 3 Peel the onion and cut it into medium-sized cubes, add to the meat and stir, pour over the contents with kefir. 4 Send the meat to the refrigerator overnight, then remove and salt, refrigerate for another 1 hour. 5 Spread the meat on skewers and grill over the smoldering coals, turning, about 20-25 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
