How to cook "Green Radish"
1 Wash the radish well and cut the skin thinly with a knife or vegetable cutter. 2 Grate the radish on a coarse (medium) grater and place in a bowl, salt and add granulated sugar, stir by hand. 3 Pour olive oil and apple cider vinegar into the salad, mix again and leave in the refrigerator for about half an hour. 4 Serve the salad cold, garnish with red pepper.
