- Tomato - 2-3 Pieces

- Olive Oil - 100 Grams

How to cook "Tomato and Bean Salad"

1. This salad is ideally complemented with garlic and a special sauce based on olive oil and lemon. I even cook such a salad for dinner. It takes no more than 20 minutes to prepare it.

3. Canned beans should be put in a colander to remove excess sauce. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and also leave them in a colander to drain the excess juice. It is best to take a tomato variety that is not "watery" for this salad. Then the salad will stand in the refrigerator for a long time.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon juice. Grind the garlic with a grater or garlic, then mix all the ingredients and season the salad with a sauce of oil and lemon juice.

5. Sprinkle with chopped dill and garnish with lemon. A light and tasty salad is ready. It can be served on lettuce leaves.
