Sabji turns out to be very satisfying and tasty, as well as bright, aromatic and warming due to spices. It can be cooked in a saucepan, skillet, or oven. I will share with you a recipe for how to cook subji in a slow cooker.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 400 Grams
- White cabbage - 300 Grams
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Adyghe cheese - 100 grams (or paneer)
- Tomato puree - 1 Glass
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Sabji"

Prepare the food you need. Wash vegetables, peel. Cut the cabbage into medium cubes.

Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Chop the ginger and garlic.

Turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes. Heat olive oil, sauté the garlic and onion until soft. Add spices in the following order: cumin, after 30 seconds - ginger, pepper, curry, stir.

Add carrots, fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Add cubes of Adyghe cheese, mix.

Add potatoes, stir and fry for 5 minutes. Add cabbage, cook for another 5 minutes.

Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 40 minutes. Pour in the tomato puree, salt to taste, stir and cook until you hear a beep.
