Today I wanted to know how to make vegetarian potato pancakes that do not contain eggs. Therefore, they can be served for fasting as well. A fairly simple recipe for a lunchtime snack. They can be served as a side dish. But I just eat them, adding my favorite sauce.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 8 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Flour - 3 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 6 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Vegetarian pancakes"

Peel and rinse carrots and potatoes.

Then grate the vegetables on a fine grater. Salt them and let sit for 10 minutes. Then excess fluid will drain. Drain it.

Stir the potatoes and carrots together with the flour and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet. Spread the pancakes on it with a large spoon.

Fry the products on both sides until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
