- Herring fillet - 2 pieces
- Mushrooms - 300 Grams
- Potatoes - 4 Pieces
- Carrots - 2-3 Pieces
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Mayonnaise - To taste
Servings: 5-7
How to cook "Chanterelle herring and mushroom salad"

1. Cut the onion into small cubes and send to a preheated frying pan. Fry over low heat until soft.

2. Cut the champignons into small slices and send to the onion. Fry until tender.

3. Grate peeled potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater.

4. Remove all bones from the herring, cut the fish into small cubes.

5. Start collecting salad from all the ingredients. Place the first layer on a dish. This will be herring, brush it with mayonnaise, then put the mushrooms.

6. Put the potatoes on the mushrooms, shape the ears and tail of the chanterelle with your hands. Then brush with mayonnaise.

7. Arrange the grated carrots in another layer. Finely grate the white of the boiled eggs and garnish the salad with the chopped olives.

8. Let the salad steep a little - and surprise your guests!
