How to make "Interesting Birthday Salad"
Wash the persimmon, dry and peel it, remove the seeds from it. Cut the persimmon pulp into cubes. It is very important that the persimmon is sweet and not tart.
Wash and dry the celery stalks. Then strip them of coarse fibers and cut into slices. Celery will add a special freshness to the salad.
Now it is the turn of the sweet pepper. Wash it, dry it and cut it in two. Take out the seeds and the center with the stem. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
Wash and dry the cucumbers. Cut off the ends on both sides. If you wish, you can peel the cucumbers. Cut them into cubes the same size as the peppers and persimmons.
Mash cheese or any other curd cheese with a fork or grate.
