Ingredients:
- Squid - 300 Grams (carcass)
- Champignons - 200 Grams
- Walnut - 50 Grams
- Hard cheese - 80 Grams
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 Art. spoons

How to cook "Salad with mushrooms, squid and cheese"

Peel and rinse the squids in running water.

Boil salted and pepper water. Once it boils, dip the squid in it for 10 seconds. Then take them out. The water will boil again, and put the squid in it again for another 10 seconds. Leave the carcass to cool.

Rinse the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion.

Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the mushrooms and onions in it for 10 minutes. At the end, add chopped nuts to frying. Stir.

Cut the squid into thin strips.

Then combine the squid with the cooled fry.

Grate cheese into salad on a fine grater, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad. Serve it in a salad bowl or any other form. Enjoy your meal!
