Funchoza can be served as a side dish for meat or fish dishes, as well as a cold snack, as part of a salad or first courses. It is not boiled for future use, but prepared just before serving. You can make a vegetarian meal with vegetables, or a hearty and nutritious meal with added meat.

- Funchoza - 450 Grams
- Olive Oil - To taste
- Green Onions - 1 Bunch
- Garlic - 4 Cloves
- Salt - To taste
- Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Funchoza"
1 Pour cold water into a saucepan, add salt and a little olive oil, bring the water to a boil. 2 Put the funchose in bubbling water and cook for about 10 minutes, until soft (or according to the instructions on the package, if the time is different). Transfer the noodles to a colander. 3 Melt the butter in a skillet, peel the garlic and chop it with a knife. 4 Add the garlic to the melted butter and stir, heat for 40-60 seconds. Wash and finely chop green onions. 5 Place the noodles on a plate, top with the garlic oil and garnish with green onions.
