All the ingredients for the salad can be prepared in advance, and before the guests arrive, you just have to collect and season the dish.

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillet - 1 Piece
- Lettuce leaves - 150-200 Grams (it is best to take a mix of salads)
- Cherry Tomatoes - 8-10 Pieces
- Croutons - 100-120 Grams
- Natural yogurt - 100 Milliliters
- Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Dry Herbs - 2 Pinches (Italian herbs or basil, thyme)
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches
- Garlic - 2 Cloves (optional)
- Lemon juice - 2 Teaspoons (1 - for marinating the breast, 1 - for dressing)
- Hard cheese - 50-70 Grams

How to cook "Caesar salad" simple "

Cut the chicken breast into long slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and aromatic herbs. Add a spoonful of oil and lemon juice, leave for 15 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with oil over high heat and quickly fry the chicken until a beautiful ruddy color. Then cut into pieces of the desired size.

Put the washed lettuce leaves on plates, add chopped tomatoes. We spread the pieces of chicken breast, sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped garlic and croutons.

For dressing, combine yoghurt, mustard and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve it to the table.
