  • Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • White sesame seeds - 0.5 cups
  • Jasmine rice - 1 Glass
  • Boiled egg - 3 pieces
  • Thai sausage - 300 Grams

How to cook "Kao Mu Dang"

1 Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a blender. 2 Wash the tenderloin, dry it and, if you have a wide piece, cut it in two to make narrower pieces. 3 Fill the pork pieces with the resulting mixture and send them to the refrigerator to marinate overnight. 4 We take out the pork from the marinade, bake it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 50 minutes. 5 minutes after 25, grease the meat with honey, so that when baked, it turns out to be a golden crispy crust. 6 Boil rice.
