How to cook "Chicken with mushrooms in sour cream"
1 Wash and dry the chicken breast with napkins, rub the meat with salt, pepper and paprika, then cut into 2 pieces. 2 Place the breasts in a baking dish. Wash and peel the mushrooms, cut into slices and place on top of the chicken breasts. 3 In a bowl, stir in the sour cream and mushroom broth and pour the mixture over the breast. 4 Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 1 hour. 5 Serve hot with any side dish, bon appetit!
