- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Potatoes - 1 Piece
- Cheddar - 300 Grams
- Processed cheese - 300 Grams
- Mustard Powder - 1 Teaspoon

How to make Diet Cream Cheese Soup
1 Wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put broccoli, cook without stirring for 1 minute, then season with salt and pepper, stir and cook for a couple of minutes. 2 Transfer the broccoli to a plate, return the pan to the heat, add the butter. Peel and finely chop the onion and carrots, put the vegetables in the heated oil, salt and pepper to taste, cook for 5 minutes. 3 At the very end, add the chopped garlic, stir and cook for 30 seconds. 4 Pour water, milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then put peeled and chopped potatoes, cooked fry, reduce heat after boiling and cook for half an hour. 5 Place coarsely grated cheddar and melted cheese in a bowl, add mustard powder and stir. Remove the finished soup from heat and beat with a blender until puree, add the cheese mixture. 6 Taste the soup with salt and pepper, add the previously fried broccoli and serve hot.
