Cooking description:
This is the simplest dish that even a beginner in the kitchen can handle. But you must admit that it is much more appetizing and tastier to turn sausages into gravy than just boil them.
The longer you stew the gravy, the thicker it will become. In summer, when there is an abundance of tomatoes, tomato paste can be substituted for fresh vegetables. To do this, cut two tomatoes with a knife and pour boiling water over them, peel the skin and chop finely. Tomatoes can now be used instead of pasta. Meat sauce will perfectly complement absolutely any side dish. Here's how to make a sausage sauce. It's budget-friendly, fast, simple, and really delicious. This is a savory option with tomato.

How to cook "Gravy with sausages"

1. Sausages are better to peel and cut into slices. If the sausages are thick, then it is better to cut them into semicircles. You can take different varieties of sausages.

2. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. You can add chopped garlic clove to taste.

3. Put vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil, lightly sauté them. Then add the sausages. Brown the sausages until light golden brown.

4. While vegetables and sausages are fried, make a gravy. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan, add flour and cook for one minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Then add tomato paste and about 300 ml of water there, mix well. Bring everything to a boil, and then pour the gravy over the sausages with vegetables. Place a skillet over low heat and simmer the gravy until you get the consistency you want.
