This delicious and quite satisfying salad can be prepared both on a regular day and for a festive feast. It is prepared easily and quickly, you can add any ingredients, depending on what you have in stock, but the main ingredients (squid and mushrooms) must be present, because they go well with each other and are the basis of the salad. - Squid - 150 Grams
- Pickled mushrooms - 100 Grams
- Boiled eggs - 2 Pieces
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces (cooked in a peel)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 50-70 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 2 Pinches (to taste)
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch
How to cook "Squid salad with mushrooms"
I use frozen squid rings. It is convenient and fast. Throw them in boiling salted water, cook for 3 minutes.
Cut the cooled squid into cubes.
Peel and slice the eggs.
It is better to use potatoes for salad cooked in a peel. We clean it and cut it.
Cut the pickled mushrooms into cubes. I have champignons, but you can use any other.
I use pickled onions. Fresh onions should be chopped and sprinkled with lemon juice or vinegar.
We cut the sun-dried tomatoes. They can be replaced with red bell pepper.
Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to the prepared ingredients. We mix.
