This salad is very good for a festive table. It is filling thanks to the chicken, but at the same time it is interesting and original. Grapes should be selected without seeds, because it is unpleasant to get them later during the meal, and the avocado is necessarily ripe. For dressing, I use a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice, if desired, mayonnaise can be completely excluded.

- Chicken breast - 1 Piece

- Mayonnaise - 1/2 Cup
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon

How to make "Summer salad with chicken breast and grapes"

1. Boil the whole breast, then transfer to a plate and cool. I disassemble the chilled meat into fibers by hand.

2. Mine and finely chop celery, my grapes, cut off a branch and cut each berry into halves.

3. My green onions and chop finely.

4. I have already peeled walnuts, chop them with a knife or chop them in a blender (you can beat them with a rolling pin).

5. It is important to choose a ripe avocado, otherwise you will feel heaviness and even get poisoned. Mine it and cut off the peel, cut it into 2 parts and remove the bone, then cut it into pieces.

6. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

7. In a separate bowl I mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, season the salad with the prepared mixture, serve it to the table.
