How to cook "Lush pancakes with cottage cheese"
Crack eggs in a bowl. Send sugar there and mix well with eggs using a fork or blender. Put a pinch of salt here. Wait for the sugar to melt a little.
Put the cottage cheese in a separate bowl and mash it well with a fork. Then send a glass of kefir there. Mix everything well so that no large lumps remain in the curd.
Now you can mix eggs with sugar with cottage cheese. Place all ingredients in one bowl and stir. Here, start gradually adding flour and add soda and grated orange zest with it. Knead the dough well with a spoon or blender to loosen the flour lumps.
