How to make Herringbone Brownies

1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath. Send 100g of sugar to them so that it also dissolves.

2. In a separate container, send three eggs, beat them quite a bit with vanilla sugar using a mixer. Send half of the egg mass to the slightly cooled chocolate mass and mix well with a spatula.

3. Beat the remaining half of the egg mass with a mixer until it becomes lighter and more fluffy. Add sifted flour, stir everything until slightly sticky dough.

4. Add the dough to the chocolate-egg mass, beat very well with a mixer until smooth.

5. Grease a brownie baking dish with butter and pour the dough into it. When choosing a baking dish, keep in mind that the brownie should be 1-2 cm high. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Cut the cooled brownie into the shape of the herringbone.

6. Prepare the brownie frosting. Bring 125g sugar and 60ml water to a boil and keep on fire for about 5 minutes, until the mixture turns into syrup.

7. Beat the whites of one egg with a mixer until firm peaks. Pour the syrup into the protein in a thin stream, without stopping to beat with a mixer. Color the glaze with food coloring until a slight green hue is achieved.

8. Pour the icing into a pastry bag and decorate with the brownie. You can also use lollipops as barrels and other decorations. Enjoy your meal!
