How to make "Chocolate frosting"

In a bowl, combine the icing sugar and cocoa.

Heat milk on the stove or in the microwave. It should be hot, but not boiling. Then pour it into a bowl of dry ingredients.

Stir the glaze thoroughly to a single consistency. Adjust the amount of milk depending on the desired thickness of the glaze. All is ready!
