How to cook "Gubadia"

In one bowl, grind 250 g of soft butter and flour. In the other, combine kefir with baking powder. Mix both masses.

Knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place under a towel for 30 minutes.

Cottage cheese with sugar and art. put a spoonful of oil in a frying pan. Leave the mass on low heat until the moisture has completely evaporated, it will take about 40 minutes.

At the same time, cook the rice until tender, and boil the eggs hard-boiled.

Fry chopped onions in oil. When it becomes soft, add minced meat to it. Fry the ingredients until tender.

Cool the eggs, peel and chop finely.

Grease a baking dish with the remaining oil. Roll out 2/3 of the dough at its bottom, making the sides.

Place half of the rice in the first layer of the filling.

Then - a layer of cottage cheese and eggs.

Next, distribute the minced meat and the remaining rice.

And put the washed raisins in the last layer.

Cover the cake with dough. Brush it with a beaten egg. Puncture with a fork.

Bake gubadia at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy your meal!
