- Puree - 250 grams (apple or banana (baby in a jar or dry, which is diluted with water))
- Sugar - 700 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar - 10 Grams
- Agar-agar - 8 Grams
- Water - 150 Milliliters
- Egg white - 1 Piece

How to cook "Marshmallow"

First, you need to prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package, if you have it dry.

In a saucepan, stir together the water and agar. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat.

Add 450 grams of sugar to this saucepan.

While stirring, cook for 10 minutes, completely dissolving the sugar. Remove from the stove and let cool.

Pour half of the egg white into the prepared mass.

Beat with a mixer.

Pour out the remaining protein. Beat quite vigorously until the volume increases.

Introduce the agar-agar mass in a thin stream, continuing to beat.

We continue to whisk the mixture intensively until it finally thickens and becomes barely warm.

We transfer the mixture to a pastry syringe or a plastic bag with a cut hole.

We plant the marshmallows on parchment and leave to freeze for a day.

After 24 hours, carefully combine the marshmallow halves. Enjoy your meal!
