- Wheat flour - 250 grams
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Baking powder for dough - 3 Teaspoons (no slide)
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Butter - 150 Grams
- Cold water - 2/3 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
How to make Cookies Crackers
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Then add cold butter and mix in a food processor or rub into crumbs with your hands.
Add vegetable oil and water, knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough as thin as possible and cut the future crackers into any shape convenient for you.
Place the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pierce the pieces with a toothpick or fork.
We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the degree of browning you need. Then lightly grease the crackers with vegetable or melted butter and sprinkle with fine salt.
