How to cook "Dzykka"

Sift semolina and wheat flour. Boil sour cream in a saucepan. Little by little, pour semolina and flour into the boiling sour cream. Stir.

Salt to taste and pour in a little water if it seems that the mass is too thick. Cook until fat spots appear on the surface.
