- Chicken breast - 1 Piece (without skin)
- Dried apricots - 75 Grams
- Parsley - 1 Bunch
- Basil - 1 Bunch
- Parmesan - 30 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Olive Oil - 100 Milliliters
- Salt, pepper - To taste
How to cook "Chicken roll with dried apricots and pesto"
Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels. Peel off the films. Cut lengthwise into thin pieces. Beat off each piece of fillet, rub with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine chopped parsley and basil, minced garlic, add grated Parmesan and pour olive oil over it. Mix thoroughly. This will be your pesto sauce. Place a spoonful of sauce over each piece of poultry, smooth well.
