The greaves contain a sufficient amount of proteins and fats, which has a beneficial effect on the work of the heart. The main thing is not to get carried away too much, after all, they are fried and high-calorie!

- Pork belly - 500 grams
- Salt and Pepper - To taste
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - To taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces

How to cook "Pork cracklings"

You will need pork belly. Place it in a saucepan, cover with water. Add salt, pepper and bay leaves. Boil the meat until tender (until the skin is soft).

Cut the boiled pork into small cubes or strips. Peel and chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown on all sides. Send the onion there and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Greaves are served with a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
