How to make Chocolate Banana Roll

First of all, we will prepare the curd mass for the roll. Put cottage cheese, egg, vanilla and regular sugar, cream in a bowl.

And we interrupt it all with a mixer into a homogeneous mass.

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks slightly. Add sugar.

And beat until the mass is lightened.

Sift flour and mix with cocoa and baking powder for dough. Add to whipped yolks and mix until smooth.

Beat the whites into a strong foam and add to the resulting mass.

And mix gently from bottom to top with a spoon or spatula.

We will bake in a rectangular shape measuring 26 by 36 cm. Cover the shape with parchment and spread the curd mass. Smooth and pour the chocolate dough on top.

And set to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes until the biscuit layer is ready.

Sprinkle the top of the baked layer with powdered sugar and spread the chocolate layer down on a towel or parchment. Put peeled bananas on the curd layer from a narrow edge.

And wrap it tightly in a roll. Cool and send to the refrigerator until it cools completely.

Smooth the edges and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving with a sharp knife. You can pour melted chocolate over the roll.
