The recipe is original and memorable. I suppose that few people know how to cook a pancake snail with minced meat. Pancakes can be baked beforehand. I use regular minced pork as a filling, but you can also use chicken. By the way, the finished cake will be tasty and cold!

Ingredients:
- Pancakes - 15 Pieces (3 eggs + 600 ml milk + 300 grams of flour + 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp salt)
- Minced meat - 500 grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Eggs - 2 Pieces (for pouring)
- Milk - 100 Milliliters (for pouring)
- Hard cheese - 100 Grams

How to cook "Pancake snail with minced meat"

First you need to make pancakes. Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add flour and knead the dough. Also, if desired, you can add chopped greens to the dough. Fry 15-16 golden pancakes in vegetable oil.

For the filling: fry chopped onion and garlic, add minced meat and spices. Fry together until tender. We spread a few spoons of the filling on each pancake.

We roll the pancakes into tubes.

Lubricate the baking dish with oil. We spread the pancakes in a spiral.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for 30 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees.
