Cooking description:
I cook a roll stuffed with omelet, pickles and cheese. In addition, you can stuff it with mushrooms, vegetables and whatever you want. Then we'll get a delicious snack. You can make a roll in an airfryer or in an oven, like mine. It is better to cool the finished roll a little, and only then eat, but if you do not have the strength to endure, then you can eat it hot.

How to cook "Pork roll in the oven"

1. I drive eggs into a bowl, pour milk into them (for one egg, half a shell of milk), salt and pepper to taste, beat. Fry an omelet in a frying pan.

2. Wash the meat (pork pulp), wipe it with napkins and cut it into 2 parts.

3. I spread the meat on a board and cover with cling film, beat off each piece on both sides and spread it on a baking sheet covered with foil.

4. Rub the meat with salt and pepper, grind the cheese on a coarse grater and put it on top of the meat.

5. I spread the previously fried omelet on the cheese.

6. I cut the pickled cucumber into thin slices lengthwise, put a couple of slices on the omelet, begin to roll everything into a roll.

7. Having wrapped it once, I spread the cucumber slices again, and I do this with each turn.

8. It turns out here is such a roll with a filling.

9. I wrap the roll in a double layer of foil and send it to an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and cook for 45-50 minutes.

10. I unfold the foil, cut the roll into pieces, wait until it cools down and serve it to the table, bon appetit!
