1. Mash only one yolk with sugar.

2. Put butter into the sugar-yolk mixture, after melting it, followed by vanilla sugar. Pour in the warmed milk. Add the orange zest to the resulting mixture.

3. Pour dry yeast into flour, combine with the rest of the ingredients, gently knead the dough.

4. When the dough is smooth and elastic, let it sit in a warm place under a towel. After an hour, you have to knead it. Then again set aside for half an hour to rise.

5. Cut the increased dough into 2 equal parts (there will be 2 rolls). Roll out each layer, shape it into a rectangle.

6. Lay out the filling and smooth over the dough. Form a roll. Do the same with the second layer.
