How to cook "Pork ribs for beer"

Let's prepare the ribs for cooking. To do this, wash them and let them dry, or blot them with a paper towel.

Now send all the spices and salt to the ribs and mix them well in a large bowl. Also add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil there.

I turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode and cook the ribs for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Then pour 100 ml of water and turn on "Stew" or "Cooking" for 15 minutes. at the end of cooking, you can open the slow cooker, add barbecue sauce to taste and let the ribs grab a crust in the "Fry" mode.
