How to cook "Panna cotta with agar-agar"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Pour 100ml of cold cream over the agar agar and let it swell for 15 minutes.

Bring the rest of the cream, sugar, vanillin and cinnamon to a boil. While stirring, boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add swollen agar agar, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes. Remember to stir lightly.

Then take out the cinnamon stick, pour the hot mass into the molds and immediately add the chocolate. Chocolate can be chopped with a knife into shavings, you can add a whole square.
