How to cook "Cauliflower in batter with cheese"

Prepare food. Wash the cabbage, remove the leaves. The amount of flour may vary depending on the size of the egg. I use large, premium eggs. Can be replaced by two of the first grade.

Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, cut off the stalk with a sharp knife.

Boil in salted water for 5 minutes after boiling. Drain the water, you can throw it in a colander so that all the liquid is gone.

Combine a raw egg with a pinch of salt and pepper, grated cheese and flour. Do not add all the flour at once, add a tablespoon, look at the consistency. The batter should be thick enough not to run off the cabbage.

Dip the cabbage in the batter on all sides.

Take a deep skillet or stewpan. Heat the refined oil, fry the cabbage in batter until a beautiful golden crust appears.

Place the cauliflower on a napkin to absorb excess fat. Serve hot or warm with your favorite sauces. Enjoy!
