Cooking description:
You might think that this is not a cake, but a casserole. Call it what you want, but for me the main thing is that it is insanely tasty, as well as simple. And you don't need to make the base from shortbread dough or anything else. To make a curd pie without dough, I advise you to take fatty grainy curd. Only it must be grated or whipped in a blender so that there are no grains in the pie itself.

How to cook "Curd pie without dough"

Prepare your ingredients.

Grind the curd in a blender until smooth so that the mass is not grainy.

It turns out a smooth curd mass.

Add eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and semolina to the curd.

Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the curd mass, cooling it down a little, do not add it hot. Leave some oil to grease the mold.

Lubricate the mold with the remaining oil, put the curd mass and let stand for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.

Wash the berries, if they are too large, cut in half.

Put the berries on top of the curd mass and drown in it. Preheat oven to 200 C.

Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and place in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.

The finished cake is browned, and the toothpick comes out dry when you stick it in.

You can serve it both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
