How to cook "Cold beetroot"
Wash the beets, cover with water and boil until tender for 1.5 hours. Cool it down, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Cover it with water and leave in the refrigerator. Add salt and acid.
Wash the potatoes and boil until tender. Peel and cut into cubes. Boil the eggs as well. Cool ingredients completely.
Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes. Rinse and chop the onion and dill. Chill all ingredients separately in the refrigerator.
Once the water with the beets turns pink, add all the ingredients to it. Decorate the fridge with eggs. When serving, add sour cream to each serving.
