How to cook "Potato salad with pickled cucumbers"

Prepare the ingredients, peel the potatoes and cook. You just don’t have to boil it too much.

While the potatoes are boiling, cut the cucumbers and onions into small cubes. By the way, if you use white onions (and they are usually very sharp), soak them in a cucumber marinade.

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes, add all the other ingredients to it (do not forget to drain the marinade from the onion), as well as chopped herbs.

Add spices to taste, you can season the salad with vegetable oil.
