Ingredients:
- Whole grain flour - 220 Grams
- Butter - 100 grams
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Pumpkin - 250 Grams
- Orange - 1 Piece
- Honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Cinnamon - 1 Teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

How to make Pumpkin Orange Pie

Measure and weigh the ingredients, sift the flour.

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, egg, and softened butter. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for an hour.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into thin circles, then into slices, no thicker than 5mm

Wash the orange thoroughly and cut half into thin rings. Squeeze the juice from the second half of the orange and mix with honey.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the dough on parchment and roll out into a thin layer. Place on a baking sheet with parchment.

Place the pumpkin slices in the center of the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Place the orange on top of the pumpkin. Fold the edges of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then brush the top of the filling with the honey-orange mixture and bake for another 10 minutes. If desired, honey can be substituted for sugar.

Grease the finished cake again with honey sauce. Cool slightly and serve.
