Here is a simple recipe for okroshka. All ingredients for this are affordable and inexpensive. Choosing a sausage, it is better to stop at a higher quality one. All components must be very finely chopped. If you prefer portioned okroshka, then the sliced blank can be skimmed with salt and not filled with kefir and mineral water. Everyone can do it according to their own taste.

Ingredients:
- Boiled sausage - 200 Grams
- Radish - 200 Grams
- Fresh cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Eggs - 5-6 Pieces
- Potatoes - 3 Pieces
- Green Onions - 1 Bunch
- Dill - 1 Bunch
- Kefir - 1 Liter
- Carbonated mineral water - 1 Liter
- Salt - To taste
- Lemon - To taste

How to cook "Okroshka on kefir and mineral water"

1. Before cooking okroshka on kefir and mineral water, boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Refrigerate. Peel off the skin. Chop the pulp finely.

2. Boil hard boiled eggs. Cool in cold water. Peel and cut into small cubes.

3. Wash the cucumbers. Dry so that there is no water on them. Cut most of the cucumbers into small pieces. Grate one cucumber.

4. Wash the radishes. Dry. Then grate it on a coarse grater. Remove the sausage from the refrigerator. Remove the shell from it. Then cut into neat cubes.

5. Take green onions and dill. Wash under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Chop green onions finely. Cut the dill as small as possible.

6. Transfer all ingredients to one bowl. Salt. Stir. Fill with chilled kefir and mineral water. Stir again. Refrigerate. Serve after 15 minutes.
