How to make a Pork Burger

1. We will cook cutlets from homemade minced meat. To do this, grind pork (boneless) and one onion through a meat grinder. Add salt, sugar to taste, mix.

2. Form cutlets on parchment (it is more convenient to shape them), fry them on a wire rack or grill pan. Adjust the cooking level to your liking. We clean one onion and cut into slices, bake also on a wire rack or in a grill pan.

3. Buns, for making burgers, cut into 2 parts and fry them. We wash the tomatoes, cucumbers and the remaining onion, cut them into thin rings. For the sauce, mix finely chopped baked onions, honey, ketchup, mustard and chili sauce.

4. Grease the fried buns with butter, put the washed lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Put on the sauce, put the pork cutlet and onion rings on top, cover with the second part of the roll. Press down lightly on the burger. You can fasten it with a wooden stick, piercing it through. Enjoy your meal!
