How to make Raw Spaghetti

Prepare the vegetables: wash the zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers and hot peppers, garlic, herbs. If the zucchini is not young, peel the skin.

Use a special Korean carrot grater to grate the zucchini. From it you need to make a thin long straw, "spaghetti". Do not add salt at this stage to prevent the zucchini from releasing the juice ahead of time.

Prepare the sauce. Chop the tomatoes and peppers at random. Send them to a blender along with the garlic, basil, salt and olive oil. Beat the ingredients until smooth.
