How to make Simple Pumpkin Soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed for the soup. Wash the carrots and pumpkin. Peel. Cut into small cubes. Peel the onion. Cut into wedges.

2. Heat the skillet. Add vegetable oil. Saute the cooked vegetables for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Pour water into a small saucepan. Add vegetables. Place finely grated ginger in it. Add salt. Cook the ingredients until the vegetables are tender. It's about 15 minutes. Grind all food with a blender. Add cream.

4. Pour the soup into a bowl. Add sour cream. Decorate the dish beautifully with herbs. Croutons and blue cheese give the soup a special taste.
