In this recipe I want to tell you how to make cherry jam without seaming. To make the jam tasty, you need to carefully choose the main component - cherries. The berries must be large, ripe, free from damage and rot. This is necessary so that during cooking they retain their shape and look beautiful in a jar. It is not worth cooking the jam for a long time, as the color and nutrients that these wonderful berries are so rich in are lost. The advantage of this method of making jam is that it is well stored in a cold place and without clogging with metal lids.

How to make "Cherry Jam without Seaming"
Prepare the required ingredients. Cover the cherries with cold water and leave for 30 minutes. Throw in a colander to drain the water.
Remove pits from cherries by hand or use a pusher. Using the second method, the cherries will be whole and will not leak out much juice. Cherries peeled in this way will be suitable for decorating ready-made dishes, since the berries look more aesthetically pleasing.
Pour cherries into the prepared container in which you will cook the jam, cover them with sugar. Leave in a cool place to form juice. Stir several times to completely dissolve the sugar. This will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
When the cherries have enough juice, put the basin on the fire and boil for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. Remove from heat, let cool for about an hour. Then put on fire again. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat again. This method of cooking will keep the berries intact, they will look especially good in baked goods. During the third approach of cooking, sterilize the cans and pour boiling water over the nylon lids.
Spread the hot jam over the prepared jars, close with nylon lids. After cooling, send to a cool, dark place. A refrigerator is good for this. Enjoy delicious aromatic cherry jam on short winter days.
