- Champignons - 300 Grams
- Sour cream 25% fat - 120 grams
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Ground allspice - 1 Pinch
- Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch

How to make "Champignon Cream Soup"

Prepare the required ingredients. Peel the onions and mushrooms. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Cut the mushrooms into medium slices.

Pour sunflower oil into the pan, heat well. Add the chopped onion and fry for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden brown. Then add mushrooms, salt, stir and simmer over low heat until the liquid evaporates completely. This will take approximately 10 minutes. Be sure to salt and pepper.
