- Sour cream 25% fat - 120 grams
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Ground allspice - 1 Pinch
- Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
How to make "Champignon Cream Soup"
Prepare the required ingredients. Peel the onions and mushrooms. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Cut the mushrooms into medium slices.
