Cooking description:
1. Wash and butcher your rabbit first.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush with mustard on all sides. You can use soy sauce and a wide variety of spices in a recipe for making a rabbit stew with carrots.
3. Put in a deep bowl, roll in flour.
4. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the saucepan and heat it up. Lay out the pieces of rabbit, fry them over high heat until golden brown on all sides.
5. In the meantime, you can do vegetables: peel and chop the onion, celery stalk, carrots. Cut into medium cubes.
6. Pour some oil into a separate frying pan, put onions. Fry until transparent. Then add celery and carrots.
7. Add a pinch of thyme, salt, pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Transfer vegetables to a saucepan. Pour in clean water or broth.
9. After boiling, the rabbit stewed with carrots at home should simmer over low heat, covered, until tender.
Serve it with your favorite side dish, sprinkle with herbs as desired.
