Indoor, as for me, is ideal for baking in the oven. It's not as oily as duck, but still has enough subcutaneous fat to cook well and stay juicy. I really like the option of cooking Indo-duck with slices with vegetables. I mostly add onions and carrots, which give the dish a light sweetness and rich flavor. You can also put slices of sweet pepper, zucchini, all this will add new flavors and make the dish even brighter. I usually serve turkey with mashed potatoes, putting vegetables baked with turkey on it. It turns out both bright and tasty.

How to cook "Indoor in the oven"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. I cut the Indoor into small pieces in advance, and peeled the onions and carrots.

Cut the onions and carrots into rings of medium thickness.

Rub the pieces of indochka with salt and spices, put in a baking dish, mixed with vegetables.

Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and steam in the oven again for another 30-35 minutes.

The Indoor is in the oven ready. Serve hot with a fresh vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
