How to cook "Cat Cookies"

Toss the cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda and flour.

In another bowl, grind the butter and sugar using a mixer. Add the egg and slightly warmed honey. Beat the mixture well.

Mix the two resulting mixtures, knead the dough. Make a bun out of it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

For now, let's make the icing. Take one protein, beat it with a mixer into a foam. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice. Mix everything. The glaze is ready. If you want to make different colors, then add food coloring.

Take out the dough, cut it out with a shape. You can make the outlines of the cat with your own hands, like me. Biscuits on a baking sheet (pre-oiled, or better covered with baking paper) are sent to the oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees. And then we paint our cats with food coloring or glaze, as you like.
