Cooking description:
Preparing a lean gingerbread is no more difficult than a regular one. This, in general, is the so-called cupcake, to which we are all so accustomed. Yes, for some reason foreign words are more familiar to us than ours, primordially Russian. But until recently, gingerbreads were sold in bazaars and baked in every hut on holidays. Let's revive traditions!

How to make "Lean Orange Juice Gingerbread"

For the preparation of this dessert, I decided to take natural orange juice. For him I needed 4 oranges, which I squeezed out by hand. The pulp, by the way, can be turned with a spoon. Small fibers of pulp will not damage the cut! But before squeezing out the juice, I first grated the oranges and peeled the zest off. She will also go to the dough.

Mix vegetable oil with orange juice. Add sugar, baking powder, grated cinnamon and cloves. Add a glass of cognac. Sift the flour through a sieve, thoroughly whisking the mass with a mixer.

Now we take the nuts. I have some walnuts left over from the summer. I will prick them and peel them. Soak the raisins in warm water beforehand. This will minimize the potential for crunching on your teeth. I put the washed raisins and crumbled nuts into the dough, stir everything thoroughly.

Lubricate the baking dish. We spread the dough, and sprinkle with berries on top, which you find, at your discretion. We put in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes. The mowing is done when the fork is in the dry dough. We take out the pastries, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top and cover with a towel. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy your meal!
